Terms and Conditions Payment Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, check, or cash. The total balance must be paid in advance to process all orders. No items will be considered ordered until the payment is received. Order Processing Time We do our best to estimate times based on our Previous experience and current production. However, at times circumstances may arise which are beyond our control. Therefore we cannot be held responsible for meeting any specific deadlines. Return Policy I. A customer has 30 days within which to make a return as long as the following requirements are met: A) customer must have receipt or packing list Receipt- No Exceptions. B) All products must be in original carton, with all parts and in saleable condition. II. Special orders are not returnable (a special order is any product which we do not normally stock). III. NO MONEY will be refunded, all applicable credit will be issued in Lighthouse merchandise dollars. IV. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
